The one-page rhythm
The daily schedule on a single sheet, in Hindi and English, printed for every hall we teach in.
Courses
The six-session course is the full arc; the workshop is the short form we take into halls; the reading room is what you keep afterwards. Fees are listed below.
The full course · six sessions
Dinacharya in full, and the one change each woman commits to before the next session.
Asana for midlife joints and bone, taught slowly, with modifications for knees and wrists.
Three pranayama practices, and what to do when the heat arrives in a meeting.
Seasonal eating, the midday meal, ghee and herbs — and what the evidence does not settle.
Abhyanga taught hands-on, fasting taught with its exceptions, and the case for convalescence.
Japa, satsang, and how a group of women keeps a practice alive after the teacher leaves.
